Pardubice, October 1st, 2014, NAVIAIR, the Danish Air Navigation Service Provider, has repeatedly placed its trust in the ERA multilateration systems. ERA has recently completed the third extension of its surface guidance system at the Copenhagen Airport Kastrup. Currently 27 ERA multi-sensor surveillance ground-based stations and 238 pieces of SQUID vehicle tracking units are in operation there to ensure the safety of the busiest airport in Scandinavia.
Beijing, China, September 17th - 19th, 2014 Two specialists from ERA Company participated in ATC Global Exhibition and Conference in Beijing on September 17-19, 2014. ATC Global, traditional air traffic management trade show originally located in Maastricht and Amsterdam, moved to China this year, closer to potential Asian customers. ATM professionals from North and South America, Europe, Russia, Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific and especially China met there to establish new business contacts.
Johannesburg, South Africa, September 17 – 19, 2014 ERA exhibited at AAD 2014 - 8th year of Africa Aerospace and Defence Exhibition - organized in AFB Waterkloof, Centurion, City of Tshwane, South Africa on September 17 – 19, 2014. The company presented its portfolio of military and ATM products in cooperation with other Czech companies LOM Praha, VR Group and Česká zbrojovka under auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
Hradec Králové, September 1st - 5th, 2014 In the beginning of September the ERA Company hosted the scientific event Detour 2014 - reunion of members of the NATO-SET-195 panel DMPAR. ERA took part in the DMPAR Evaluation Trials for Operationally Upgraded Radar (Detour) held at three East Bohemian airports. The goal of the joined exercise of researchers from several NATO-countries was a verification of possibilities of deployable multi-band passive/active radars for air defence.
