What happens next?
When you have sent in your applications, our managers and recruiters will make their initial selections. The candidates who best match the criteria for the position will move on to the next step in the process – the interview.
HR personnel and/or managers will contact the selected candidates for a short interview over the phone or in person to decide if they match our requirements. For you, this interview is an opportunity to learn more about what working here is like.

Step by step:
1. Career path verification in an initial face to face or telephone interview
HR personnel will contact you to verify the information on your application (availability, qualifications, professional goals).
2. Interview with our managers
A manager will conduct your second face-to-face interview to give you a detailed introduction to the company, our areas of specialization and business sectors, and to speak with you about your aspirations and experience.
If there is a need a third interview could then be held to better define your future role at ERA and discuss the types of projects best suited to you.
