Alexandria, VA – April 28, 2006 – Rannoch Corporation announced today that the company has entered into a multi-year agreement with Air-Transport IT Services, Inc. (AirIT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fraport – Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide. As part of the agreement, Rannoch will provide its patented surveillance solutions as part of AirIT’s airport management suite of products. In addition, Rannoch will provide an airport management patent portfolio license to AirIT.

Under the agreement, the companies will provide industry-leading airport management solutions to over 20 airports in the next 2 years, with additional airports to follow in subsequent years. Initial rollout is planned for several airports this year with two being announced in the coming weeks.

The partnership will allow each company’s airport clients easy access to the other’s technology. Airport applications and solutions covered by the agreement that include automated aircraft billing and operational management applications.

On average, aircraft landing fees account for20% - 30% of airport operational revenues. Traditionally, such revenues have been collected via carrier self-reporting, whereby air carriers submit a monthly report to the airport. However, as a result of independent automated surveillance systems, such as those pioneered by Rannoch, airports now have an automated and timely method to either audit carrier selfreports or bill carriers directly.

AirIT’s PROP works® Property and Revenue Management System is a comprehensive software that allows airports to manage tenant agreements, property, and billing and invoicing. The combined Rannoch and AirIT solution will improve the reporting accuracy of the airports flight tracking and operational activity, greatly reducing the cost associated with manual intervention and reporting errors in the collection process.

Rannoch and AirIT solutions will also be integrated into AirIT’s Flight Information Management Systems (FIMS), Resource Management System (RMS) and Flight Information Display System (FIDS). Combined with the operational systems, Rannoch’s realtime patented terminal and surface surveillance multilateration, Automatic Dependent Surveillance (ADS), and Traffic Information Services (TIS) systems will improve airport operational efficiencies by automating and optimizing the operational systems based on real-time events.

“We are excited about partnering and working hand-in-hand with AirIT in the coming years,”stated Robert Blair, Rannoch’s Commercial Sales Manager. “The partnership is a natural fit, as Rannoch is a recognized leader in the world of independent high-quality automated surveillance and AirIT has emerged as the leader in airport operational and revenue management solutions. Combined, our two companies have an existing presence at over 150 airports around the globe.”

“AirIT’s partnership with Rannoch further demonstrates our commitment to continually enhancing our products and providing our customers with the most technologically advanced airport solutions in the industry,” said Chris Keller, AirIT Executive Vice President and CSO. “We look forward to partnering with Rannoch and providing the industry with a seamless operational and revenue management solution.”
