Alexandria, VA – November 20, 2006 – Rannoch Corporation announced today that Dave Ellison has been appointed the new President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ellison brings over 25 years of senior executive leadership and operational experience to Rannoch, including Board and C-level positions with leading technology companies. Mr. Ellison joined Rannoch in May 2006 as the Chief Operating Officer to solidify business operations and to formulate the company’s business and growth strategy. With its acquisition of ERA a.s. in October, Rannoch is now the global leader in multilateration and ADS-B technologies for air traffic control, air defense, homeland security and airport operations markets.

Prior to joining Rannoch, Mr. Ellison was Senior Vice President for Product Development at CA where he was responsible for strategic planning and product development of CA’s extensive line of Storage and Information Management software solutions. Mr. Ellison joined CA through the successful acquisition of iLumin Software Services, Inc. where he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Board Director. While at iLumin, Mr. Ellison was responsible for worldwide business operations and also served as the catalyst behind iLumin’s growth and M&A strategy.

Previously, Mr. Ellison served as Chief Technology Officer for Disclosure, Inc. (acquired by Primark Corporation) and went on to serve as Primark’s Chief Information Officer and as Chief Technology Officer for Primark Financial in London, England, leading a large-scale, global, realtime financial services operation of over 800 technology professionals and overseeing Primark’s $100 million annual investment in products, services and infrastructure.
