According to Frost and Sullivan, Era’s MSS surveillance technology serves as the perfect link to the future by seamlessly integrating ADS-B and multilateration technologies, allowing for complete and total surveillance both today and in the future.  In evaluating the competitors, Frost & Sullivan tracked all emerging technologies and ongoing R&D projects within the industry.  These projects were then compared according to customer demands, acceptance rates, significance in the industry and estimated time to market with a large focus placed on product innovation.

Several Era “firsts” were outlined in the research, including Era’s deployment of the world’s first multilateration surface surveillance system in Prague.  “Additional systems have been added in the region, including the world’s first wide area multilateration system that was operationally certified for three nautical mile approach certification,” stated Frost & Sullivan.
